Being a Buddy

One way in which our students take care of each other is through a buddy system. Every child at Saratoga Independent School develops a special relationship with a designated younger/older buddy. The buddies act as mentors and give each child someone to turn to when they need guidance. The buddies become good companions. And as the children grow, they proudly transition from being the ones who need help to the ones who give it.
